After a cooking hiatus (kind of sick last week), I got back into the kitchen and made grilled salmon with lime butter sauce tonight for Mom & Dad with fresh wild Pacific salmon, and highly recommend the recipe. (I love epicurious.com!)
I broiled instead of grilled, but still got rave reviews. And honestly, this recipe could not be any easier! Served with new potatoes sauteed in olive oil, and broccoli with mushrooms, and everything got devoured.
Even Gyu, who is normally well behaved, persisted in stretching his neck out for every inch I tried to put between him and my dinner, until I finally caved and gave him a bite.
